Inconclusive: MRT and DBT in both (shielded and unshielded) were within 1-2º F (error of margin of instrument).

Surface temperature at unshielded location varied more than shielded location.

Lack of any noticeable wind velocity was more significant to comfort level than difference between MRT and DBT.
